DATA AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

Your Rights, Your Data, and How We Protect Both

Managing your data responsibly is not optional for us — it is built into every part of how the platform functions.

Data We Collect

We store your name, contact details, linked payment identifiers — your UPI handle, Paytm number, or PhonePe ID — and full transaction history. This data runs your account and processes withdrawals accurately.

Cookie Policy

Functional cookies keep your session active and preference cookies remember your language and region settings. You can review and adjust cookie permissions at any time through your browser controls.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed before storage and sessions are protected by rotating tokens. We never store raw UPI virtual payment addresses or complete card numbers in a readable format on our servers.

Retention Schedule

We keep account data for the period required under applicable law. After account closure, most personal data is deleted within ninety days — transaction logs may be retained longer for legal compliance.

Requesting Your Data

To receive a copy of the data we hold about you, email our data team with your account ID and registered address. We process access requests and return a full data export within thirty days.

Raising a Complaint

If you believe your data has been mishandled, reach our Data Protection team via the support portal. Formal complaints about data practices can also be submitted to the relevant authority in your jurisdiction.

Common Questions About Our Terms and Policies

The section below addresses the questions our team hears most often about account terms, data rights and jurisdiction. If your question is not covered here, the support team can connect you with the right document or escalate to our legal address. These answers are not a substitute for reading the full terms — we always recommend checking the specific policy page that applies to your situation.

Yes. When you create an account you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use. Without that acceptance the account creation process does not proceed, and access to the platform is not granted.

We collect your name, date of birth, contact details, and the payment identifiers you link — such as your UPI handle, Paytm number or PhonePe ID — to operate your account and verify transactions.

Email our data team with your registered email address and account ID. We compile your data export and deliver it within thirty days, in line with applicable privacy law and our stated retention schedule.

You can request deletion after your account is closed. We remove personal data within ninety days of a valid request, subject to any retention obligations on transaction records imposed by applicable law.

Disputes go first to our support team for resolution. If unresolved, the Terms of Use outline a written escalation path, including notice periods and the legal jurisdiction that applies to your account.

Core terms apply equally across all payment methods. Specific processing timelines and verification steps for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are detailed in the payments section of our full Terms of Use.

We monitor regulatory changes and email account holders if their access status is affected. Access is only permitted where local law allows it at the time of use — the terms do not override local regulation.
