These Terms & Conditions take effect the moment you complete your account registration and click the acceptance checkbox. They remain in force for as long as your account is active, or until a revised version is issued and accepted by you.

We aim to give you advance notice of any material change by email before it takes effect. Minor clarifications may be updated without notice, but changes that affect your account rights, payment terms, or access conditions will always come with an email notification to your registered address.

Access to the platform depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If the legal position in your state changes, we will notify you and may restrict access to your account until the legal position is clarified, in line with Section 3 of these terms.

Yes. All deposits made via UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, or any other supported payment rail are governed by Section 4 and Section 6 of these Terms & Conditions. These sections set out processing times, dispute procedures, and the conditions under which a transaction may be reversed.
